4U Resort Samui - Lamai Beach (Koh Samui)

We enjoyed our stay immensely, especially the stunning sea view room and excellent pool with a beachside vibe. Only downside was the slightly slow wifi, but overall, a memorable experience!

The beach in front of the hotel is really beautifull and peacefull. You can order what you want for your breakfeast. The staff was nice. It's possible to play volley ball on the beach.

The standing of the room wasn't ok: bad smell in the room, no water pressure in the shower, noisy air conditionnal

I stayed for one night and the experience was really excellent. Morning breakfast was amazing and room decor was really nice.

The hotel is in a quiet area of Lamai Beach.

I was really disappointed with our upgrade to a seaview room. The air conditioning barely worked, and we felt uncomfortable throughout our stay. Despite complaining multiple times, the staff didn't seem to address our concerns effectively, leaving us frustrated with the situation.

Right on beautiful Lamai Beach with a great pool.

Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Accommodation is basic enough but with all you need for the price. It is on the beach, pool area was great.

Bit far from the night life, 200 baht to lamai pubs n shops and about 400 baht to chaweng(main area for night life) one way.

The kettle in the room barely boiled water!!! The bathroom consistently puddled water, indicating a drainage issue!!! A bedside table on one side of the bed was notably absent!!! The distance to key attractions felt a bit excessive!!! Overall cleanliness could use attention!!!

Generally good hotel, comfortable and clean, great location on the beach. The manager 'Remko' was a great help in arranging pick up etc from and to the airport. Really good food in the open restaraunt, the pool area had plenty of space for sunbathing and gardens were nice too. I would say that this hotel would be rated as a good 2* and very reasonably priced. Decent sized standard rooms with fan or A/C with fridge. I would definately come back to this hotel because of its location, level of comfort and price.

Perfect location,clean, friendly staff, great food, very good value for the price! Would seriously recommend this hotel/resort to all going to Samui!

The beach was choice, but the shower pressure was weak as! Chur for the helpful staff, though. Not too shabby!

Quite location between the busy (and loud) Lamai beach and Grand Mother & Grand father rock. Very nice garden, ok swimming pool, very photogenic beach. Large room, very good quality water heater for the shower (worse notifying because this is rare). Nearby local food available.

The room are on the minimalistic side. But we did not spend much time in it

The location is fantastic, right by the beach with a fine view and only a short walk to local restaurants. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a relaxing stay. The breakfast options are delicious, and the massage services by the beach were a highlight!

The shopping and nightlife options in this area are somewhat limited, but that's okay if you prefer a quieter vibe.

I lovely spend 5 nights in Lamai Beach. My room was exceptionally nice and marvellous with good bathroom, AC, for instance. The location was marvellous and fab, at a short distance from Grandfather's Grandmother's Rocks. There was a great restaurant, shops and a supermarket next door.

When we checked in, the hotel gave us a free upgrade from a fan room to a air con room, the hotel manager was very helpful in advising us on a visa issue we had (very helpful) they also had a lovely resturant right on the beach front which dished out lovely food.

Was abit far out from the resorts main area, about 10 - 15 mins walk, however not a issue really is you wish top stay around the hotel etc as it is right on the beach front.
